Patient parking is available in the small lot along Cross St. The clinic entrance faces that parking lot on the side of the building.

Please note that this office is located on the second floor and requires climbing one flight of stairs. In addition, there are four steps leading up to the outdoor entry.

This office is located in a house. Patient parking is available in the driveway along Chapman St. The clinic entrance is the purple door located up the brick path from the driveway, along the rear side of the house.
